I run a very old Macbook Pro 17"- OSX- High Sierra. If you dont have great customer service than I dont want your product. Great customer service is really how I base all my purchases on. In just a little time "Albert" emailed me a new registration number showing my new email address and a new link to download the dmg from. I originally registered with an email that has since gone defunct, I was having a problem with an upgrade, (I think I deleted something I shouldnt have?) I emailed them with my original registration number and email, then gave them my new email. Its just a great product at a great price! Customer Service is SUPERB! They get 10 Stars from me. They are always upgrading their product to keep it running in peak condition. Its very easy to use, just add the button to whatever browser you use, and it appears on top of every vid you watch for easy downloading. I use is all the time, especially to download DIY vids from youtube to watch later when Im working on something. In 2012 I bought this product at the time called iSkysoft Video Editor for Mac, now its called iTube HD Studio for Mac.

These are great features that the software has - that you don't get from downloading from free sites. Because of my computer crash, I have a folder of videos and no record of the URL they were downloaded from or in what order they were downloaded. I'm so glad I bought it, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.Īimersoft, if you read this, I would love it if you could add a feature to backup the list of downloaded videos. I was a little annoyed that they would offer to send your registration, but not be able to follow through in my case. I managed to find it myself on my own external hard drives. I did, and I had bought the software less than a year previously, yet they didn't have it. I looked online to see if there was anything Aimersoft could do to help, and they said you can ask for your registration. It has a simple-to-use interface that has all the important functions presented as icons on top of the window. Aside from being a file converter, it is also a DVD burner, 2D-to-3D converter, DVD ripper, web video downloader, video editor, and audio ripper. My main computer crashed a month and a half ago. Wondershare UniConverter is a reliable and fastest video converter for users. For whatever reason, iTube Studio works better on different computers, even when the operating system is nearly the same. My other computer downloads a lot but chokes on Bitchute videos. It works very well on my main computer and downloads nearly everything. I've tried iTube Studio on two computers (both have Windows 10). Before I would use a patchwork of free sites for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc., and then Wondershare AllMyTube, which didn't work out because I asked them to refund a warranty that I couldn't access and they refunded everything instead. I've been using iTube Studio for a little over a year, and it makes it so much easier to download videos.
